Office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
and appointments are scheduled Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m.
to 4:30 p.m.
Occasionally, an emergency may arise
that would make it necessary to change your appointment. If you
are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least
24 hours in advance.
We have a doctor and nurse practitioner
in the office Monday through Thursday. Messages received during the
day are answered and patients are called back at the end of the day (except
in urgent situations, it
may be the end of the working day or the next day before your message
is responded to).
Even though there is not a doctor in the office on Fridays, one of
our doctors is on call 24-hours a day. If you have an urgent problem
or question during office hours, you may call the office and speak
with our staff. If it is after normal business hours, our office
provides an answering service which can relay an urgent message to
the physician on call. The answering service may be accessed by calling
the regular office number (810) 695-4000.
Prescriptions and refills
Please call for refills
during normal office hours and allow 24-48 hours before checking
with your pharmacy. Please call at least 1 week before you are to
take your last dose (2 weeks if you use a prescription mail-order
will be no prescription refills on Fridays or weekends.
We participate with most major insurance
plans and will file your claims electronically. Payments for deductibles,
co-payments and non-covered services are collected at the time of
