Diagnostic Testing

The only way to pinpoint a specific health problem is through precise diagnostic testing. We provide a wide range of testing at our office utilizing only the most advanced, state-of-the-art technology. Specific diagnostic tests performed in our office include:

• Full pulmonary function testing
• Cardio-pulmonary stress testing
• Overnight oxygen saturation testing
• Exercise evaluations
• Holter monitoring

We work in collaboration with several sleep labs to provide evaluation and diagnosis of sleep disorders utilizing the following studies:

• Nocturnal polysomnography
• Positive airway pressure (PAP) titration
• Multiple sleep latency test (MSLT)

And, we also perform the following diagnostic procedures at our affiliate hospital, Genesys Regional Medical Center:

• Fiberoptic bronchoscopy
• CT-guided transthoracic needle aspiration (TTNA)
• Right-sided heart catheterizations
• Thoracentesis
• Transtracheal oxygen catheter placement
• Methacholine challenge testing
